1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (customized furniture, sofa, wardrobes), we do not accept returns once the order has been confirmed and processed.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

After verification, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product (if required)

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before production/shipping
  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Replacement not possible

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • After that, cancellation may not be possible as production may begin

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Customized furniture
  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of return due to defect, we will handle the shipping
