J S ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor errors, omissions, or variations may occur.

As many of our products are handcrafted, slight differences in color, wood grain, marble patterns, fabric texture, dimensions, and finishes are natural and shall not be considered defects.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most of our furniture products are made to order.

Made-to-order and customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment must be completed before production or dispatch begins.
J S ENTERPRISES reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by such errors.

6. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.

J S ENTERPRISES reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order.
Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Customers must provide photographs or videos as evidence when filing claims.

9. Warranty

Eligible products are covered under our 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of J S ENTERPRISES and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

J S ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product concerned.

12. Force Majeure

J S ENTERPRISES shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
